We recommend the backside of the shoulder, the abdomen, the lower waist, upper arm, shoulder, above the ankle or 2-3 inches from your hand, on the underside of your wrist. This ensures the best absorption & adhesion rather than directly on the wrist where there tends to be a lot of movement.
